What is EMDR Therapy?
EMDR is a trauma-focused integrative psychotherapy that helps people overcome self-limiting psychological conditions and obstacles, and heal from emotional distress arising from adverse life experience.
It is recognised by major international health and medical organisations, including the World Health Organisation, as an empirically proven psychological intervention to help people recover from a range of mental health complaints.
